WA Unfair Dismissal - What Happens if I Don't Sign Notice?

I'm trying to find out what will happen if I don't sign a Notice of Discontinuance form in regards to a unfair dismissal clam against my employer.

If the matter has been settled, the Commission will discontinue it for you at a directions conference.

If the matter has not been settled, obviously do not sign it.
