QLD Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination - Compensation?

Can i claim compensation from former employer for wrongfully filling out separation certificate. If unfair dismissal and discrimination, but over 21 day period, do I have any options?

1. When did your dismissal take effect?
2. For how long were you working with the employer? If you were working for the employer for less than 6 months (12 months if the employer is a small business with 15 employees or less) then you won't be able to make a claim for unfair dismissal.
