    Hi Troy,

    1. When did your dismissal take effect?
    2. For how long were you working with the employer? If you were working for the employer for less than 6 months (12 months if the employer is a small business with 15 employees or less) then you won't be able to make a claim for unfair dismissal.

    From the information you have given me, you may not be able to bring a claim for unfair dismissal. However I suggest that you call Fair Work Australia to discuss your situation and see if you have any options. Contact us - Fair Work Ombudsman
