Hey, I’m just more interested to know. But my mate who’s 16 has a fake id that he uses at small liquor stores for beer. It’s one of his mates older brothers and they look very similar. I was just wondering that even though it’s an offence to use a fake id, what can shopkeepers at beer stores actually do. Are they allowed to confiscate the id when they check it? Can they citizens arrest you etc? By the way I’m in Victoria Australia
