I've offered my friend to leave some of his property in my garage for a short period of time until he had settled into a new place as he was between homes. This was 18+ months ago. I have asked him many times to collect his things. I've even moved homes once with them and stored them in my new property.
I'm about to move again, however this new property does not have storage and I've asked three times for him to get the stuff in the last few weeks. He would get it however when I asked for confirmation on time, he saw the message and ignored it.
I have advised him if he doesn't get it I will have to get rid of it due to the situation but still no reply!
What legal rights do I have under property law in this situation?
