I have a tennent who took a week after the court eviction date to remove his stuff. Even handed me the keys back so I would give him more time to move his stuff from the yards. My question is he has left two trailers one on the nature strip out front of my house and on one on the curb next to my driveway, and a car on the curb directly infront of my house. These were all on my property at the time of the court date issued him to leave. He has not given any indication that he will be back for these items. The car and one trailer also stops the curb side pick up i need to remove some of the rubbish left. Am I entitled to any of this stuff ? I would like to sell some so cover some of the damages and rent he didnt pay. Am I aloud to ? What do I do
