Hi there just wondering what about what percentage of my superannuation is my ex entitled to? She is asking for 50,000. My super fund is 110,000 only and in the time we were together I only made 52,000 into my super so I am wondering why she thinks she is entitled to that much

There is no precise formula for assessing what your partner is entitled to. The family law courts have a page that lists the factors that are taken into account when deciding how to split the assets. Financial cases

Will the two of you be attending mediation?
