NSW Super Annuation and child support

If I take $10,000 out of my super when I owe $20,000 in child support does my ex get the Money?

Child support can issue a third party debt notice to institutions like a bank holding money in your name only to cover a CS debt.... Can't if the money is in an account in joint names or someone else's

I reckon they can get it before it hits the nominated bank account.

Just found this on the ATO's forum - Child support early release superannuation covid 19

makes sense but then again thats a bit of an oxymoron when talking about the CSA
