Thanks again. I've been told to bide my time and wait till they are older. I looked at every avenue possible and know she will find a reason to not justify anymore contact. As stated, it comes back to her level of care percentage.
I am in the process of being medically retired and see when her financial support isn't there then if she offers me more time with our children as it won't affect her maintenance
