I have made a few poor decisions throughout life and running my business was a major one of these. I am currently applying for bankruptcy and have received a letter from a previous client who is discontented with works carried out at his property although in main, unjustified, just his uneducated opinion who is being led by an unknown source and is a big fan of Judge Judy.... I think he is just trying to get a lot of money back as he wasn't sure what he wanted and now he has realised that.
Anyway, as I am declaring bankruptcy both personally and no longer operating business wise, can I be sued for alleged damages that I believe he has done but wants to blame some one for?
