Hi and thanks for reading my question.
I'm involved in a parenting (only) matter and the other party has been allowed to redact some sensitive information in the subpeonas (we had a Objection Hearing)
What seems odd is the redaction was just not effective - that is I could still read what they were looking to conceal.
When i mentioned to Court Officers (not the detail on what i read) they said it's very common to still be able to read.
My question, can i use that information in my affidavit or in conversations with other party? I believe that it shouldn't have been redacted and disclosed under standard obligation provisions.
