Can I use material already subpoenaed in Family Law Court for an AVO hearing to which I am the applicant?

There may be provision under the relevant Act for the court to request copies of documents already supplied to another court. I know that this is the case for QLD - you will just need to read the Act and see if there is anything similar in your state.
