Hello, I'm self representing in the Supreme Court against Qld Public Trustees. I received 965 pages of redacted medical records from a law firm 24 hours before my final Affidavit was supposed to be lodged in Supreme Court. I missed this submission as I had 965 pages to read and digest and the medicals were critical in our case. Am I allowed to submit a very late Affidavit?

My next submission is due next week. I believe the submission is a list of questions that the other side must answer? Any advice as to what/how submission s are written for the Supreme Court please?
Thank you!
