Hello.

I may well need to self represent as funds are low...

When I return next week to court how do I inform the Judge about any changes to our situation that have occurred and make sure he reads the key points on the front page...(well hopefully glances at them)

Do I submit a doc via affidavit and just selfie...such as family (email) mediation that I instigated that got a significant change in events? Do I just print off?

Mediation dispute resolution he was invited to by me again and refused... How do I tell the Judge?

What would that front page or bullet point doc be called or look like please maybe a quick example?

Case Summary or Amended Submission? or they applicable only at a directions hearing?

I am sorry but my few hours of legal studies thus far has not clarified...

Thanks
