Good Morning,

I am about to sell my apartment but I have an issue with the neighbor downstairs, who complain that water is leaking from my unit to his unit. Soon after, I bought the unit, around 10 years ago, the builder came to repair the leaking and did a lot of works for many months, however the issue was never solved. Now, the neighbor is complaining again about the leaking, the builder insurance has expired, the leaking is an structural defect that started since the building was constructed, but the builder was uanble to repair. Now, I am planning to sell my apartment and would like to know if this could affect the selling of my property and what I could do about that. Thanks in advance, Carmen
