Hi,
one of the properties in our strata title block has a special by law which allowed them to replace their front windows with sliding doors. Does this mean that a precedent has been set and all properties would be able to obtain sliding doors? If I was to also have a special by law written would the strata be able to refuse my request under Property Law?

Thanks

Don't know if it would set a precedent per se, but fair treatment would dictate that you would also be allowed to obtain sliding doors. It would depend on all the circumstances of the matter which we are not privy to.
