I will be most greatful if I can be helped with the question below.
I arrived Australia on PR in Oct 2016 and due to apply for citizenship on Oct 2020.
In February 2017 thieves made away with a bag containing all the originals of my documents and this was never recovered. I do have all the color scans as used to apply for PR. Also I do have an abridge police report detailing all that was stolen. Fortunately, I recently obtained a new passport from my country. All other documents can not be replaced.
How in the world can I go about applying for Australian citizenship with this hanging over my head?
