QLD Starting a Business in Australia - What Visa to Get?

I’m a US Green Card holder and having an Independent Business in software field.

I want to start it over in Australia with my friend who is already studying there and I wanna stay until it is established (about one year) and then return to the USA. What kind of difficulties do I have to face on getting a Visa (ETA is not up to me because I have a Sri Lankan passport) and what kind of opportunities do the Australian government offer for New Business Starters?

I'm the only one who needs a visa. No dependants.
