NSW Spent conviction for larceny 18 years ago

That’s a terrible situation. I actually did 12 months as a Teachers Aide probably 10years ago (paid) when my charge was not considered “spent”. I’m assuming regulations have changed also, probably for all the right reasons when it comes to working with children and the vulnerable. However given my situation and being young and make bad decisions with an ex partner (where I took the blame) and continue to pay to consequences. I’ve recently been drawn back to this field through the love of the job and how I feel rewarded helping these kids.
