I have had numerous court convictions over 15 -20 years ago. back in 2003 convicted for Centrelink charges relating to claiming newstart when working. in 2006 was charged and found guilty without conviction on couple of offences. in 2009 applied for a job and police check revealed everything. I have just applied for new job and they require standard national police check. I have had no criminal convictions whatsoever since 2006. However i took a speeding fine to court, as i was not the driver but to cut a long story short was convicted oc speeding and paid the fine. this was in 2014. Will this fine/conviction mean that all previous findings of guilt including non convictions apear on my national police check today?
