I would like to know the answer for the following questions.
(a) how key clauses impact on purchaser’s rights and obligations
(b) how the purchaser’s ability to rescind, or make a claim, is affected by the vendor disclosure in for example the special conditions
(c) practical impact what you, as a purchaser solicitor, do vis-à-vis your client, the purchaser.
