Dear Members, Pls assist me and advise if i am eligible for RRV and what are my chances. I had skilled subclass visa 175 issued back in 2010, me and my wife we did together our first entry to Australia in 2011 and stayed there for 9days and returned. Later due to my wife's health condition( multiple miscarriages and death of my mother in law) plus she was undergoing treatment, due this to my financial situation etc was not good, we couldn't immigrate to Australia within the given time. Now its been 5yrs my entry date expired, can i still apply RRV based on my above mentioned situation, i dont have any substantial ties at this moment in time. I am really intrested to settle down now, can someone help me pls . Thank you
