NSW Remove spent offence from police check

In 2014, I received a section 10 for possessing a prohibited drug for a 2 year period. The two year period ended with no breach.
Am I able to apply to have this removed? And how can I approach doing this?

As far as I can tell, orders under section 10 are made "without proceeding to conviction", therefore it should automatically become spent upon completion of the bond.

Hi and thank you, yes but it still appears on my police check report which I’m confused about.

I'm not familiar with these types of orders. Does it reference any specific clause under section 9 or 10 at all?
