I am in the process of arranging a property settlement with my ex (separated). We own 1 property PPOR (Property 1) together which should be straight forward to resolve.

I am named on a joint loan for another property (Property 2) with a member of my ex's family. My ex has no involvement in this property/loan.

How is Property 2 treated in relation to the property settlement?

Is your name on the title as well?

The loan will be listed as a marital debt, and your share of the property if on title as a martial asset.
