I said using circumstantial evidence they can probably prove the case.

Hell, sitting on a bike and throwing a kick start might even constitute drive in WA.

Ya I'll find out as that was a letter they sent me after I paid it thought b-pay and they returned it to my bank account stating my licence is cancelled I will check my paperwork tomorrow and see if stats a regulation or law
