Wanting advise for the best way to go about getting a partnership agreement written up. I know there are so many available online and it is best to get a lawyer but as we are a new business starting up we do not have the funds available to pay a lawyer tat present so was wondering what things we need to make sure we include, what we need to do to ensure it is a legally binding contract

Hi,
The partnership agreement is an important document that state the rights and responsibilities of the partners. Doing this on your own is a great risk as you may think you have covered all aspects but may miss important aspects. Having a lawyer/solicitor drawing up the agreement is a sound investment. It is worth spending the funds for it, as the lawyer/solicitor will ensure that everything is included, if in future there are any disputes, you would be happy that it was done properly. This is my point of view (and not knowing your circumstances).
