So basically my girlfriend has ended the relationship and she is on a partner visa ( I have full Permanent Residency). She apparently doesn’t get hers till next year. What are the risks of not telling Immigration that the relationship has ended?
If I do tell immigrantion, I'm assuming she will have to go home. If I just sent her home, what do I have to do in costs (like costs of flights and sending items back) do I have to pay for these?
