My proposed employer is an entity based in US. Company is willing to pay me a salary as an employee based in Australia but do not have any ABN / ACN / WPN. My question is - Can I as an employee (not an independent contractor) deposit my Super and Tax on a regular basis while company pays me a total salary in AUD ?
