NSW Options for Divorce if Married Overseas?

Hi. I was married overseas. The marriage certificate is not available. I would like to know what options are available to proceed further with a divorce application?

Appreciate any suggestions.

In order to get divorced, you will first have to show that you are in fact (and inlaw!) married.

It will help us give you useful answers if you can answer the following:

1. Is the other party also in Australia?
   
   
2. Is the marriage already registered in Australia?
   
   
3. Why is the certificate not available?
