Can you legally obtain a copy of an ADVO you are not named on, without having it subpoenaed?

Or would this have to be supplied by one of the parties on the ADVO if there is no formal request made?

1. For what purpose?

2. For the benefit of those who read this later...
Most orders have the so-called "standard conditions".
You can find some info about the "standard conditions" of an AVO here.
And some more detailed content here.

My ex partner and I have been in mediation regarding our children.

He provided a copy of an ADVO from my new partner vs his ex wife.

He reports he obtained it through the courts. However there in no record of it being subpoenaed.

Does this mean my partners ex wife wouldhabe provided him with the document?

Yes. He can get it from the courts, not hard to do.
