Hi, we bought a luxury vehicle from a dealer, car plated 2017, travelled 30,000 kms. We have been back 3 times for various fixes within 3 months under warranty. Just after warranty expired, the vehicle completely broke down, it was stuck it drive gear, all lights were flashing, we could not turn the car off. Car had to be towed to the dealer for repairs. Week later they still don’t know what’s wrong with it. What are my rights under ACL? Are we able to return for refund? The car is unsafe to drive. I’m extremely disappointed considering we paid close to 6 figures for it.
Thanks in advance
