NSW Not For Profit Sporting Organisation - Run as Business without Elections?

Hi,
I just require something to be cleared up.

Can a not for profit sporting organisation, nation wide or in any state of Australia, be run as a person's business, with one CEO, without any annual elections for President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.?

Hi Mark,

Depending on which state the not for profit is in could affect the answer.

However my understanding is that a sole person cannot setup a not for profit organisation alone.
