Hi,
I worked in two Primary Schools as a language teacher from 1991-1995 and 1991-2003 . The language was removed from one of the schools, and with the second school where I worked the least, I left to go on Maternity Leave. My question is, when I left both schools, one voluntarily and the other involuntarily, I didn't receive a redundancy offer, or any long service leave loading owed to me. Am I entitled to seek compensation for my loss now, or is it too late?
