NSW Missing Page on Divorce Application - Should It Have Been Included?

I had an application for divorce served on me yesterday. After going through the document, I am missing a page. The page I am missing is page six which is part g. Should this have been included with the document?

If there is a page missing (or suspect there is one) then contact your ex's solicitor (if they are the people who sent it to you) and let them know you are missing a page and specify the part. They will provide it to you.
