So I was served and "initiating application" for family law 14 days ago. I sat down over the weekend to read it in its entirety, and even downloaded a copy of the initial application as I felt something was missing, and to my surprise, it was missing page 10 - the part about what the respondent "me" is to do and the time frame I've noticed of 14 days has now lapsed, but the court date isn't for another fortnight.
A) Is page 10 supposed to be included?
B) Do I still respond to it?
