Hi in WA does Anglicare offer mediation for child access for extended family? Grandmother and Uncles want access.

That's probably a question best answered by calling Anglicare. The website claims that the do mediation for all types of families which could mean grandparents and uncles. Just be aware that there are qualifying requirements to be able to use their service.
