Hello recently I filed a circuit court initiating application with the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and I do not know where my ex wife and child are. So despite making my application the court registrar wrote to me saying that I did not follow the procedure correctly to obtain a location order. Would someone please explain to me the correct procedure to follow to obtain the location order so that the court can use their powers to locate my ex wife and child for the purpose of serving court documents.
