Hi I have a question regarding my BMW. I bought the car in late 2013 new at the dealer and covered it with a services package by BMW for 5 years. The car warranty is for 3 years or 60,000 The car done 50,000 and has been steadily falling apart sine about 10,000 km. Since purchase it has had,

A new gearbox 10,000km
A new set of injectors 14,000km
A new rear differential 20,000km
New door seals 25,000
A new turbo charger 30,000km
A new Timing chain 47,000km
A new Oil pump 47,000km ( a move that I still believe has fixed the issue)
And now the shock absorbers are failing at 49,000km.

I drive rarely and slowly and look after my car. I understand that parts wear, but I still don't expect a car that costs 94k to have this many major issues with a full service history and service plan by BMW. Apart from this it is on corporate lease, so essentially I am paying for a car that is falling apart. I would like to know what my rights as a consumer, considering I have done everything possible to maintain and look after the car

BMW must have hired some GM engineers!!!

But seriously, i believe the government came out with 'lemon laws' some years ago but i don't know exactly how that works?
