NSW Legal aid, does new job affect grant?

my ex gained a legal aid grant and has recently obtained a full time job first time for 16 years. Does her now having a job and secure income affect her legal aid grant?

She has refused any settlement, I have to pay 100 percent of all the children’s expenses and have significant ongoing legal expenses because she with legal aid she knows it is costing her nothing and costing me significantly. Her new partner who she moved in with straight after leaving me earns 150k. I just find it unfair that she has the means to pay legal expenses and was just wanting to know if because of her circumstances changing she is still eligible for legal aid.

Send an anonymous letter to legal aid letting them know. They will look into it and either withdraw funding or continue to fund...
