Legal Aid continue if I get a job

Hi I'm on Newstart and have been approved for legal aid for criminal charges, the hearing is February. If I go off Newstart and get a job will my legal aid be cancelled?

You need to advise Legal Aid of your income (and expenses).
They will reassess our eligibility however highly unlikely it would be cancelled. They may ask for a contribution.
