Can someone help me with this car accident situation? i drove the car on the highway and hit the side of an honda SUV at about 80km/h, the driver not injured at that time and the car can drive as well, this is my first time been through this, so he didn't ask the driver for the phone number and the plate number.
After seven month I received a billing letter said he needs to pay the driver around $17600, which including the whole car repair. i m an international student, I cannot pay that much. Advice will be appreciated.
