Hi guys, apparently personal info like dob of victim is included on apvo. (Offender is a stranger not a family member).
Police insists this is to avoid mistaken identity. CNI is also mentioned, so how come this is not enough? How is this not a privacy breach? And what are legal avenues that could be explored? Cheers
