QLD Immigration status of a minor

Hi. I am 16, living in Queensland, not permanent yet. I have a family problem in which mum complained about how my stepdad was being violent to her. Now, we will be asked one day about it and that’s where they’ll decide if we can stay in Australia while separated with dad as mum wants, or if we’regoing back to my country. And I have a 17-year-old boyfriend. I’m wondering if he could give any help, even his family want to help me to stay in Australia.
