My husband is applying for a spouse visa overseas. He is Sri Lankan, I am an Australian citizen. We got married in Victoria in 2013, but have been together since 2010. We obtained a marriage certificate and got a copy certified by the Victoria police.
When my husband applies for the visa, does that certified copy need to be recertified by Sri Lankan Authorities under Immigration Law?
