SA How to Prevent an Order of Return Being Issued Tomorrow?

Hi, I've just been served for court at 9 am in the morning for a family law matter and my Legal Aid still isn't through. Her papers are full of lies! How do I prevent an order of return being issued before I get a lawyer?

The judge is basically going to ask why you took the kids. You'll need to tell the judge why it's in their best interests to remain with you.
