Can anyone tell me if there is any way to find out if my ex had return orders granted by the family law courts without me knowing today? She is as sly as a cut snake. The police didn't take my kids (custody of children) and I've got the feeling she's up to something that being an order enforced as I'm still waiting for my legal aid to go through to see my lawyer, please help.

If the other side has been issued with any orders against you, they are required to serve the order onto you as soon as possible. The order will not be enforceable unless it is served onto you.

They may be in the process of applying for an interim measure via an ex parte application (application made without the other party present) due to urgency or secrecy needs. These are not published. You will find out when you get the order. Then, if you disagree, you can seek to have the order set aside.
