My partner has court orders and a binding child support agreement.

The binding child support agreement states that the parents pay equally for private health insurance for the children and shall bear equally all out of pocket/gap cover expenses for the children.

Prior to separation his ex-wife advised that she when her extra's benefit limits were reached, she was using the children's numbers on the card.

After separation his ex-wife removed him from their health insurance and kept the children on hers. She has refused to provide a print out of extra's the children have claimed, and the health insurance will not provide it. Does my partner have a right to this due to him paying half?
