Hello All,
I got a Haval in Oct 17 and have had on going issues (most of them are cosmetic issues, inside the car). To this date I still have outstanding repairs that need to be fixed and HAVAL keep dragging their feet in fixing these issues. We are now at the 6 month mark and three reported issues are still remaining with a new issues also occurring. What can I do to get HAVAL moving with getting these fixed? What is the definition of "reasonable time"?
I have had FT NSW involved and now looking at going to a tribunal to try and get these issues fixed or the car replaced (as there have been so many issues and new ones constantly occurring).
Cheers
