ok so csa need to determine if a change would be 'just and equitable'.
I reckon let's for a minute pretend that the health concerns justify a change. Calm down... The next step, 'just and equitable'? She doesn't work? Doesn't have a mortgage? Hmm. I'm guessing this is because of asset division at time of separation? mate, you ought to be applying for a change based on her capacity to work, but refusal to do so....

The GP letter seems off, and I'd like to know whether I'm justified in taking issue/complaint with their making recommendations about children's care arrangements? Is that in their professional boundary?

I'd be making a complaint to AHPRA about the Doctor providing advice beyond their qualifications (unless they also have psychology degree).

You want this report ruled out as beyond the scope of a GP to recommend.

Thanks Rod
We've lodged a complaint to both the GP practice manager, and AHPRA. Have asked for a written retraction for inclusion in the CSA response.
