An argument can be mounted for giving a school (where the kids are attending - not any school) a copy of the orders relating to the kids at school and that would not be in breach of s121.

It would not be wise giving the school a complete set of orders where the orders contain information unrelated to the children (eg property split).

I suspect a lawyer would likely advise getting court orders allowing the use of the orders in the manner being requested.

my partner gave a brief description of the court going-ons to the school and they asked for a copy of the orders. School then proceeded to change all the info they held for the child to reflect what the orders said
