Faulty manufactured pools, pools with a faulty gel coat. Pools cracking and turning white. Manufacturer blames supplier of gel coat blah blah blah... Manufacturer most likely (as evidence suggests) had/has no insurance for affected pools(150+)
The manufacturer claims to have had a supplier of gel coat in the supreme court for past 3 years, running around handing out legal letters to affected customers for that time, when in fact, as per Supreme Court documents prove, the first lodgement was September 2018.
Complete inconsistency from manufacturer. Over 12 months worth of evidence supports this.
We are looking for a competent Australian Consumer Law solicitor to assist 3 affected consumers in taking action against the manufacturer.
